In the event that you experience a problem with a Brother product that qualifies to be repaired under brothers warranty conditions, Brother International (NZ) Limited will repair this product free of charge [conditions apply]. All parts found to be defective & covered by warranty will be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not include, consumables, general maintenance kits, normal wear & tear, cleaning, or any damage as the result of accident, neglect or misuse.The use of non-genuine Brother manufactured, refilled or compatible consumables may affect the performance of this product and may void the Brother product warranty. Other parts or supplies not specifically sold or approved by BROTHER INTERNATIONAL (NZ) LIMITED may also affect the performance of this product and may void the Brother product warranty.
